Throughout life, many of us will experience some sort of emotional issue. Some we can handle on our own, and others we may want to explore on a deeper level with a specialist. I look forward to working with those who are brave enough to face these issues head on, and to explore some of the underlying reasons why these issues have manifested. I love working with couples, and am Gottman therapy Trained. Additionally I specialize in EMDR therapy, PTSD, anxiety, as well as testing and assessment (ADHD and PTSD Screenings, neuropsychological and psychological/personality testing with report). As an expert in trauma and PTSD, I am an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Certified Clinician. I completed my training and supervision through the EMDR Institute, and became certified in 2015. I also have a certified therapy dog named Meeko (a 5 year old Bernedoodle) who comes to work with me as well, and loves to cuddle up with clients.
