I support clients navigating life transitions as well as long-standing emotional concerns, tailoring therapy to what works best for you. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, geriatric concerns, and emotional or cognitive changes related to TBI.
