I specialize in cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy for anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. I have been in practice for 30 years. My approach is warm and interactive and clients say that they feel comfortable to be open with me in therapy. I like to work with clients as a team to help them with their concerns.
