My practice is geared toward supporting individuals navigating emotional challenges, physical health concerns, or some complex interplay of the two. I work well with individuals who would like to: process the past; better understand the self, patterns, and/or relational dynamics; develop a coping skill "toolbox"; improve their relationship with body, food, and movement; alleviate chronic health challenges, such as insomnia and chronic pain; process and work through major life changes and transitions; identify and address sources of pain and suffering.
