About

I work mostly with people 10 to 40, and their families, and have experience helping people of any age with any need. From adjusting to work/school, dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss or dealing with life changes, I have helped people work through all of these and more. My goal for therapy is your goal for your life. Change takes time, and I'm willing to put in the time and work it takes to help clients make the change they want. I'm flexible with my openings, offering day, evening and weekend appointments, both in office and online.
