I specialize in working with neurodivergent teens and adults who have spent much of their lives feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or like they’re constantly trying to fit into systems that weren’t designed for the way their brain works. Many of the people I work with identify with ADHD, autism, learning differences, giftedness, or simply the sense that their mind operates “differently.” My goal is to help you move from frustration and self-doubt toward understanding, self-compassion, and practical change.
