Accepting New Clients- Do you feel like you’ve had a hard time coping with the stressors of your personal journey through life? We all often struggle with finding effective ways to cope with our challenges and at times we utilize ineffective ways because it’s what worked. My goal for clients is to provide an open, non judgmental place for individuals to reflect, meditate, refocus, reframe, and be intentional in their steps toward progress. I use an integrative approach to care which often include use of CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, Heartmath (Biofeedback), Adlerian Therapy, Brainspotting (Phase 1 Trained).
