About

Dr. Rowe has provided both counseling and psychological services to children, adolescents, women, couples, and families for over 30 years. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Kentucky and her master's degree in Social Work from the Kent School of Social Work at the University of Louisville. She received her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University. She has led groups for personality disorders using dialectical behavioral therapy to treat and encourage positive change.
