There can be an overwhelming gap between the life and relationships you hope to have and your day-to-day reality. I offer a way forward through couples therapy and individual therapy that is informed by rich training and experience while honoring your depth, complexity and uniqueness. My couples clients develop insight into the dynamics that keep them entrenched in emotional disconnection or conflict while actually experiencing new, nourishing ways of being together. My individual clients learn a new posture toward anxiety and chronic stressors in their present while also attending to healing tender places in their past.
