Greetings! I am currently accepting new clients. I have training and experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. My aim in therapy is to aid in self-discovery, processing difficult experiences, and creating new pathways. I specialize in various areas that include young-adult life transitions, adjustment difficulties, men’s issues, identity concerns, perfectionism, relational difficulties, alongside anxiety and depression. Life is full of challenges that are often hard to manage on one’s own. I am here as both a fellow traveler and trained professional to help.
