I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed psychologist specializing in evidence-based and holistic treatments for adults. Dedicated to work collaboratively with clients to help them feel empowered and able to achieve their goals. My areas of focus include: trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relational distress, women’s health, cultural diversity concerns, insomnia, nightmares, chronic pain, health/wellness, adjustment concerns, Veterans, and first responder. I have worked and trained internationally, including the United States, Caribbean/Latina America, and India.
