In 15 years of practice I, Dr. Uribe, have experience mainly in trauma informed services and healthcare. My approach stems from my background in academia in developing a niche in teaching "Wellness." I believe in the power of nutrition and movement, mind and body connection as the main approach to mental wellness. At Holistic Minds Collective, we value the importance of a safe space to enable support and trust throughout your healing journey and to nurture a therapeutic relationship. Our therapists can help navigate those feelings and assist in seeing the path you have set for yourself. The practice provides individual therapy (in office or virtual), family therapy, and couples therapy. We offer Ketamine Assisted PsychoTherapy with Dr. Uribe, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) with Ms. Bianchi.
