I specialize in treating individuals with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, chronic illness, chronic pain, aging, life transitions/adjustment, insomnia, trauma, and grief/loss. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic and existential therapy, and cognitive processing therapy (CPT) for trauma.
