Our work together is a partnership with shared aims: fewer unwanted emotions and behaviors, and a greater ability to respond to stressors. Whether you experience anxiety, grief, trauma, or interpersonal challenges, I am mindful of the vital influence of one's environment, culture, family system, and identity. My clinical work is grounded in developmental psychology, neuroscience, attachment theory, and existential inquiry.
