It's about helping people achieve their personal best, and I love what I do. My approach to therapy is based on integrating theories from a family systems perspective, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, & Attachment Theory. While I enjoy working with all client populations, my specialties include assisting individuals and families with difficult expatriate experiences, helping multi-generational families navigate complex family transitions, the LGBT community, grief and loss, and trauma.
