As an integrative psychologist, I specialize in working with adults who feel anxious, unfulfilled, or stuck in longstanding relational and family dynamics. My clients often come to me burdened by worry and constrained by roles that no longer serve them. Drawing on cognitive behavioral theory, family systems theory, and attachment theory, I help clients gain insight into their patterns, develop emotional clarity, and create actionable goals.
