I offer therapy for women struggling with anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. I also offer psychological testing for men and women for ADHD, autism, and clarifying diagnoses. Perhaps you're struggling to do daily activities because anxiety gets in the way, or you live in fear of experiencing panic or trauma triggers. Maybe you're so disorganized, you're struggling to complete important tasks. I will meet you exactly where you are in your journey, providing a compassionate and safe environment where we work together to process your experiences and develop the tools needed to relieve stress and live life more fully. My approach in the therapy room is compassionate and understanding, supportive and gently challenging, informative and knowledge building, and collaborative and empowering. I will tailor my therapeutic approach based on your presenting concerns and my clinical knowledge of the most effective and evidence-based treatments for those concerns.
