I’m a Counseling Psychologist (LMFT, LPC) specializing in: • Anxiety & Depression • Personal Development and Self Worth • Relationship Recovery Additionally, I provide support for Active Duty, Veterans, and Military Families. My military background provides me with an ability to understand the stresses unique to the transitions, and unspoken expectations that come with military life. I work with adult individuals 21 years and older from all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ communities. Also, I am certified in nutrition for Mental Health and trained in mindfulness, and can incorporate these useful elements into our therapy as you desire.
