They may feel overwhelmed, stuck in self-doubt, or disconnected from who they once were. Often high-functioning on the outside, they feel internally exhausted, self-critical, or discouraged. They want relief from constant worry or sadness and a deeper understanding of why they feel this way. More than symptom relief, they want to feel grounded, confident, and at peace with themselves, and to reconnect with meaning and purpose.
