It is her true belief that, with support, we are capable of creating the change that we wish to see in our lives. It takes courage to seek help during life's difficult moments. If you are feeling lost, confused, neglected, or overwhelmed with stress, addiction, loss/grief, trauma or fear of the unknown, it is my role is to walk along with you in this journey to guide and navigate through life stressors, reprocess distressing experiences, and increase self-awareness.
