About

Many of the adults I work with are outwardly capable and inwardly exhausted. They function well enough that their difficulties are often invisible to others, yet daily tasks require disproportionate effort, elaborate workarounds, or last-minute urgency. Some identify with ADHD, some suspect it, and others resist the label while recognizing persistent challenges with attention, follow-through, and emotional regulation under pressure. These struggles are not rooted in a lack of intelligence or motivation. They reflect nervous systems and cognitive styles that have been pushed beyond what is sustainable. Our work focuses on reducing chronic cognitive load, addressing anxiety and shame that accumulate after years of overcompensation, and developing ways of working and relating that are sustainable rather than heroic. This is not productivity coaching. It's therapy for people whose lives may appear successful while feeling increasingly brittle from the inside.
