Overwhelmed, sad or worried? Are you going through a time in your life when you are experiencing a change? I work with adults and older adults particularly during times of transition (loss of a loved one, medical diagnosis, increased dependence, career stress, new home, relationship issues, parenting or caregiving needs). Each person and situation is unique. My goal is to provide relationally-oriented, evidence-based care to help with the transitions, loss and obstacles that are being faced. I work from a client-centered, collaborative approach allowing people to experience enhanced life satisfaction, meaning and purpose.
