Balancing academic/work pressure and personal expectations can leave you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or burned out. Perfectionism and self-criticism often make it even harder to slow down or feel satisfied. I specialize in therapy with college/graduate students and young professionals struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, early career stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I also work with survivors of sexual trauma. Many clients I work with enter therapy feeling stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, or pushing themselves at the expense of their well-being.
