Life is meant to be lived and loved—yet at times, we struggle to fully experience either. As a licensed counselor and trauma-informed therapist, I help individuals and couples gain clarity, insight, and emotional healing by exploring how early attachment and relationship dynamics shape present-day patterns. With over 20 years in the counseling profession, 13 years of delivering counseling via telehealth. I have committed myself to guiding others through life’s challenges and helping them reconnect—with themselves and with others—in a way that honors the mind, body, and soul.
