Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, or life transitions, therapy can help get you unstuck. My approach is collaborate and tailored to your unique needs. I treat anxiety disorders (PTSD, GAD, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, OCD, Specific Phobias), and depression. I also work with individuals who experience ADHD, chronic pain and FND. I offer virtual sessions Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, across the state of California and in-person session on Fridays, in Oceanside.
