I am a Pre-Licensed Psychology Post-Doc at Mindful Path Psychology PC. I have a limited permit in psychology in the states of NJ and NY. I'm passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and find fulfillment. With a specialization in LGBTQ issues, anxiety, depression, and innovative therapies like Geek therapy, I provide a safe and supportive space for clients of all ages to explore their emotions, build resilience, and achieve personal growth. I incorporate a mix of evidence-based treatment approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
