New Patients Welcome! I offer a Free 15-minute consultation. I'm glad you are taking these first steps in seeking help and investing in your mental health. I can assist you with decreasing and managing any psychologically distressing symptoms and increasing and improving your overall mental health and well-being. I specialize in anxiety, depression, sex therapy, sexual trauma, all types of trauma & psychedelic-assisted therapy. I also specialize in bipolar disorder, OCD, LGBTQ+ issues, women's issues, PTSD & more. I have a doctorate and am a licensed psychologist. I provide a safe and supportive space for aIl marginalized groups. I work in private practice utilizing the following treatment modalities, CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, psychodynamic, trauma work & psychedelic therapy. Previous experience includes working with severe symptoms in the PHP/IOP programs at Mission Harbor Behavioral Health, working with LBGTQ+ at Pacific Pride Foundation, and teaching Sexual Psych at Antioch University.
