When wounds go unhealed, they can continue to shape how you feel, relate, and move through the world long after the original experiences have passed. I am passionate about helping individuals and families explore their strengths, heal relationships, and develop their own solutions to a variety of complex issues. Healing happens in the presence of safety and connection. Together, its essential to build a foundation of trust and safety that allows you to turn toward the parts of yourself that need care and compassion. My approach to treatment is systemic and biopsychosocial as I place a strong emphasis on the mind-body connection. I have an advanced degree in Trauma-Informed Practice and Brainspotting certification. Brainspotting can be utilized for working through a variety of issues, mainly Complex PTSD and Trauma. My areas of focus are trauma-related issues with children, adolescents, and families. My approach also includes using Sand Tray therapy virtually and in-person.
