Managing emotions and stress can interfere with making the best decisions as well as expressing ourselves to others. You are not alone, roadblocks can be overcome with the right support! To help clients navigate through life's roadblocks, I tend to draw from the theoretical approaches of Humanistic Approach, Cognitive-Behavioral Theory (CBT), and Psychoanalysis Theory to provide direct counseling services.
