Adolescence can get complicated...therapy shouldn't be. As a licensed psychologist providing treatment exclusively for adolescents, I build on existing strengths and reduce struggles associated with anxiety, depression, social issues, self-harm, ADHD and other difficulties stemming from home and school demands. By empowering teens to become agents of change in their own lives, I improve coping skills while making relevant interventions and resources easily accessible, immediately usable, and widely appealing to help adolescents thrive.
