Life is a four-letter word. There are situations that arise in our lives that cause us to feel alone, misunderstood, or fearful. Sometimes, we need assistance to navigate through these situations and find a healthier way of managing the emotions that may arise. The goal is to find the space to explore and work through the unwanted emotions with a person with whom you can trust. My goal is to be that person and work together to develop a way for you to breathe better. Life is a four-letter word; but, so is Hope.
