I am passionate about working with women over the age of 25 struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, compassion fatigue, burn-out, and various life stressors. Women often face complex challenges throughout life, and many feel they have to "power through" or hide their struggles. I strive to provide a safe and supportive place where women can process their concerns while exploring their inner strengths and enhancing their confidence in who they are and in their abilities.
