I have always had a deep passion for helping others, and my work as a therapist allows me to live out that purpose every day. I find it especially meaningful to support individuals who are on a journey with weight loss, bariatric surgery, and the many emotional and behavioral challenges that come with these life changes. Helping people discover healthier habits, greater self-confidence, and renewed hope is truly at the heart of my work. In addition to my clinical experience, I have the joy of working alongside my therapy dog, who brings a unique source of comfort and healing to those we serve.
