I am an Iranian-American women, with the goal to help you face daily life challenges. I believe humans are fascinating and learning about how our brain works with our body based on different life experiences creates the person we are today. While I do intend to work with families, I am focused primarily on helping adults, including those who suffer from mental disorders. My goal is to help individuals understand themselves better and improve their quality of life. I speak also Farsi fluently and have understanding of being a Middle Eastern women Living in today's society.
