The focus of this practice is Positive Personal Transformation. I strive to help every client find his or her own personal sense of Happiness and Well-being. I have been working in the mental health field for over 40 years and taught counseling for over 20 years at New Jersey City University. Mental Health is not just an absence of sadness or anxiety. The type of mental health we will work on is a real motivation and enthusiasm for life. I am unable to take any new Therapy Clients at this time.
