I have worked for many years with individuals, couples, families and youth. Many of those I work with are struggling with transitional life problems and some have long term chronic mental illness. They are all looking to gain greater insight into their challenges and are working toward finding understanding in their interpersonal relationships. We set goals and then work toward achieving a more fulfilling life.
