It’s hard being a human. Any human. Finding another human who can be with us while we learn and grow can feel scary and overwhelming, which is why I prioritize building a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship before anything else. I specialize in treating adults and children experiencing PTSD, anxiety, relational and developmental trauma, and stressors associated with life changes (i.e. divorce, pregnancy and childbirth, menopause, relocation, etc). I also love working specifically with women's mental health as well as with other mental healthcare providers to support their unique needs. Therapists benefit from therapy too!
