Many of life's stressors can interfere in the ability to maintain emotional and physical well being. My practice is client centered so we will work on the issues most important to you and develop goals, and treatment plans of therapy to help you live your best life. I work with individuals, couples and families in many areas including chronic disease, organ transplantation, life transitions, work related stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief. I have have 20 years of experience as a therapist and as well as medical social work experience with a deep understanding of the mind body connection.
