I’m Dr. Mary Ellen Clifford, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist & Founder of Manhattan Psychological Services, a New York & International-based online group practice. Since 2006, I have been working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration & major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate & grounded in evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused & Solution-Focused Therapy. I also specialize in working with individuals healing from relational trauma, betrayal, and intergenerational wounds.
