With over 20 years of clinical experience, I work with individuals across the lifespan navigating grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, and phase-of-life challenges and transitions. I view myself as an ally and a champion, who will walk alongside you, support your growth, and help you build insight and resilience along the way. In our work together, I strive to create an environment that feels safe, genuine, and supportive. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a sense of humor into the therapy space, allowing us to gently explore where you are now—and where you would like to go. As an integrative clinician, I balance cognitive/behavioral strategies with psychodynamic exploration. My early training as an art psychotherapist allows me to offer another way to explore your inner world beyond words alone, and with additional training in EMDR and DBT, I have a range of tools. Together, we’ll identify which approaches best fit your needs.
