Our professional relationship needs to be a collaborative and connecting experience. Your input and feedback are essential ingredients in getting where you want to go while my job is to understand your goals and needs and observe which methods might work best for you. I am a seasoned, ethical psychologist with 30 years of experience. My clients vary from young adults to elders. Some seek life coaching or a consultation for a specific problem while others are in distress and want major changes. In general my clients describe me as warm and encouraging, with an ability to see patterns, clarify situations and identify alternatives. My specialty area is therapy for therapists. I love my work and especially love working with other professionals in our field. I have made a life commitment to personal growth work for myself and want to provide that for other therapists as well. Our work is stressful, joyful, discouraging at times and uplifting at times as well.
