With 25 years in the counseling field, I guide women out of self-doubt, fear, guilt, worry and stress and into a life of personal growth, self-acceptance, empowerment, authenticity and freedom. I use Western evidence-based practices of cognitive behavioral and other counseling therapies to help clients regulate their nervous systems, create better boundaries, improve self-care, and increase overall life satisfaction. I also incorporate time-honored Eastern traditions such as breathwork, yoga, reiki, and meditation to promote self-compassion, self-trust and self-love, all essential ingredients for meaningful connections with others.
