Life is Difficult! Many obstacles and challenges! I've been practicing 25+ years assisting adults of all ages and older teens with major life changes, mild/moderate depression, anxiety, relational issues, sobriety and its relation to mental health. I also work with high functioning career/work choices - helping students/adult-professionals find Purpose-Vision, and Ambition in their career (Life/Career-Coaching). I employ talk therapy to alleviate symptoms, elevate mood, increase self-awareness and existing strengths. I help people in recovery to decrease anxiety, depression, 'Character Defects' that continue on in sobriety. I employ an integrative model depending on the issues (Psycho-Dynamic/Existential/Life-Career Coaching/CBT) when working with older teens/adults/professionals/sobriety. I'm authentic in my approach as I can help you tap into your strengths. I'm a former U.S. Marine and welcome all service members! I prefer a phone consultation first.
