In my general psychology practice since 1996, I have served individuals, couples and family members with many different challenges. I am happy to talk by phone to answer any questions you may have before making a first appointment. My style is collaborative and respectful, starting with a thorough assessment. I use a variety of approaches (e.g., Relational Life Therapy, EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic) to understand problems, solutions, and actions needed for assisting my clients.
