I create a friendly, non-judgmental, safe environment for my clients that empowers them to succeed in making real changes in their lives. I view each person as capable of living life at their fullest potential and I help them set and meet their personal goals. I am compassionate and work at a pace that is comfortable for you. I have a special interest in helping people with depression, anxiety, weight problems, self-esteem issues, and victims of abuse. I also work with relationship issues, including difficulties that have arisen from past relationships or your family of origin.
