With over 20 years of experience in mental health care, my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard and supported as you work through whatever brought you here. I work with clients all across LA who are: feeling misunderstood by others or struggling to understand themselves; sorting through complex problems and looking for clarity and direction; managing anxiety or depression that impacts daily life and well-being; exploring addiction and seeking insights into patterns, triggers, and recovery; or people who are ready for change but unsure how to get started.
