Everyone experiences challenges to varying degrees in their lives, and it takes strength and sometimes trying different strategies to manage them effectively. Therapy can offer a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to work through the difficulties of life. As a Clinical Psychologist I work to help identify the elements contributing to your suffering and then provide tools and strategies to help overcome that suffering. I aim to help you to move forward in your life in the direction of your choosing. I provide services via Telehealth (Zoom) in Washington, Tennessee, Florida, and all 39 PsyPact participating states.
