Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist offering therapy to women in Arizona, California, and all PsyPact States. Are you a highly empathic, young professional seeking extra support? Are you a mother in the throes of parenthood, home and work life stressors, and experiencing anxiety or mood symptoms as you care for your family? Do you travel and find it difficult to engage in therapy in order to achieve/maintain your personal growth goals? Perhaps you are new to therapy or have participated in the past and think it would be helpful to have a validating space and some structured support to process life changes. I offer support for women experiencing: Anxiety (worry and rumination), Low mood and depressive symptoms; Postpartum depression and anxiety; Parenting stress; Navigating life transitions (college, work pressure and/or changes, family change/transitions, relocation). Therapy sessions utilize strategies from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
