I help clients with anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, trauma, bipolar, borderline, eating disorders, and other mental health issues become unstuck and live a better life. I collaborate with clients to overcome these challenges, know themselves more deeply, and express themselves more effectively in all areas of life so they may reach their full potential. I have experience helping people of all ages who identify as neurodivergent with co-occurring diagnoses and complex trauma. I also have expertise in severe cases and offer intensive outpatient treatment when clinically indicated.
