Ho’omana! It means “to empower” and it represents who I am and what I stand for. It is my personal philosophy and part of my life’s purpose in serving others. Ho’omana captures the power we all have in us and evokes a sense of taking control and owning that power. It has been a catalyst in my own journey and healing which has led me into the field of psychology so that I may help others.
